Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the product. Due to the weight of our sandbags, shipping costs reflect carrier rates for heavy items.

Estimated delivery time:
• 2–7 business days within the continental United States
• Additional time may apply for Alaska and Hawaii

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Real American Muscle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@realamericanmuscle.com with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Real American Muscle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
